Delete in the app
- Open Islefix and sign in.
- Go to Account → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. You’ll be signed out and your account is closed straight away.
Trades with a paid plan: cancel your subscription first under Account → Plan, so you aren’t charged again.
Can’t use the app?
Email support@anviitech.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Islefix account”. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
What happens to your data

| Reviews you wrote | Removed from the app within 30 days |
| Trade business profile and verification documents | Profile hidden straight away; documents deleted within [12 months], as explained in our privacy policy |
| Records of completed or paid bookings | Your name and contact details are removed; the anonymised record is kept for [6 years] for accounting, legal and dispute purposes |
